Reliable, Targeted Mosquito
Control
Across Auckland

We provide professional mosquito treatments that reduce breeding grounds and stop infestations fast. Our approach is safe, effective, and ideal for both indoor and outdoor areas.

Mosquito Species We Commonly Treat

We target common mosquito species across Auckland, including the striped mosquito (Aedes notoscriptus) and brown house mosquito (Culex quinquefasciatus). Each treatment is tailored to the species and environment, using misting, fogging, and residual sprays to break the breeding cycle and provide lasting relief.

  • Inspection: Locate breeding areas such as standing water, gutters, and garden containers.

  • Larval Control: Apply biological or eco-friendly larvicides to stop development at the source.

  • Adult Control: Use misting, barrier, or residual sprays in outdoor resting and shaded areas.

  • Habitat Management: Eliminate stagnant water and improve drainage to reduce breeding opportunities.

  • Maintenance: Schedule seasonal treatments for ongoing mosquito suppression.

Preparation for Mosquito Control

  • Remove or cover outdoor furniture and toys — protect items from sprays or fogging.
  • Eliminate standing water if possible — empty birdbaths, buckets, plant saucers, and anything else that holds water to reduce breeding sites.
  • Keep windows and doors closed during indoor treatments to prevent mosquitoes from moving inside or escaping treatment areas.
  • Cover or put away pet food and water bowls to keep them safe from spray drift.
  • Plan to stay indoors or vacate the treated area during and shortly after treatment, depending on the method used (usually 1–4 hours).

Aftercare for Mosquito Control

  • Ventilate treated areas well by opening windows and doors for 10–15 minutes after returning.
  • Avoid washing treated outdoor surfaces for 24–48 hours to let the treatment work effectively.
  • Avoid entering treated areas during the ‘no entry’ period specified by the technician.
  • If fogging was used, wait for the mist to settle before spending time outside.
  • Dispose of dead mosquitoes and clean up dead insects as needed, but avoid washing away treated areas immediately.

Getting Ready for Your Exterior Pest Treatment

Our exterior pest treatments are designed to protect your property’s perimeter with minimal disruption.
Here’s how to prepare:

  • No major preparation is needed — just make sure pets and children stay clear of the treated areas during the service.
  • Please close all doors and windows while the treatment is being applied.
  • If you have outdoor furniture, toys, or BBQ equipment in the treatment area, please move or cover them if possible.

Aftercare Following Exterior Treatment

  • Avoid washing down or hosing treated surfaces for at least 5 days to let the treatment work effectively.
  • Leave spider webs and insect nests undisturbed during this period; if you need to remove webs later, brush them off gently instead of washing.
  • Keep pets and children away from treated areas until they are fully dry.
